nice stay but needs improvements
The staff provided a very warm welcome upon arrival, making us feel at home. They were friendly and went out of their way to help us carry our bags to our room, which was a nice touch.
The lack of a lift made it a bit difficult to get to our room.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed fishing nearby and took advantage of the Wi-Fi in the public areas. The staff were friendly, and the meals were fantastic, especially the venison pie. It's a cozy spot with unique charm, and I’d definitely recommend it for a fun getaway.
The only downside was the thin walls between rooms, which could be a bit noisy at times.

The Double Room was comfy and clean. The bed was super soft, perfect for crashing after a long day. Loved the shower too—really powerful! A bit pricey compared to chain hotels, but you get a unique vibe here. Oh, and the quirky setup was fun, fitting the whole narrow hotel theme. Definitely a cozy spot to unwind!

We enjoyed our stay immensely, especially the fabulous atmosphere and the friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the kids loved the playground. We also had a delightful dinner at the restaurant, where the local folks shared some stories over a glass of wine.
In my wife's opinion, a lift would be beneficial for families with young kids and luggage.
